Drivergent's 12 P's of Passenger Transportation Safety
The Drivergent Transportation team uses the following 12 P’s of Safety principles in the planning and execution of our transportation services to ensure the safety of our clients and staff.
1    PEOPLE
The reason we are in business. People are precious cargo and their safety is in our care at all times when we provide their transportation.

2   PREPARE
Planning all aspects of a scheduled service before beginning to ensure all parties have the necessary information and communication to complete the service correctly and safely.

3   PLAN
Each aspect of a service has a scheduled plan, and an emergency backup plan, to best prepare for issues when they arise.

4   PREVENT
Preparing in advance helps prevent issues from occurring, or at the least from becoming worse.

5   PATIENCE
Understanding that service aspects can change, as well as unexpected weather and traffic challenges can occur, yet our staff is expected to remain calm and adjust accordingly to provide safe service.

6   POLICIES
These are in place to provide structure and safety to our daily activities and must be followed at all times.

7   PRECAUTION
Defensive driving is anticipating the unexpected. Accidents can be avoided when being observant of ones surroundings and taking being able to take appropriate action.

8   PROTECT
Passengers are trusting us to provide for their protection while onboard our vehicles and everything we do is to ensure we meet their expectations.

9   PERFORMANCE
When our team is prepared and follows these principles our service meets and exceeds expectations and ensures the focus remains on safety at all times.

10   POSITIVE
Having this attitude can not only provide a safe, alert environment, but also ensure our staff provides the best customer service as well.

11   PRIVACY
Safety also involves the privacy of our passengers, both while onboard and when out during a scheduled service.

12   PLEDGE
Our team is committed to following these 12 principles and placing the safety of our passengers as our highest priority.
