After being in a few small businesses myself in the past, I'm at the time in life I don't want ownership of a business. So Drivergent Transportation and staff has been a smooth transition. Here working for a fast pace growing business Is challenging and fun The Supervisor always has your back when needed. Soft spoken, and caring. I am comfortable here and that making working alot easier. People person this is the job for You.
so far I love being a part of Divergent I love that head boss the head man is very much transparent with his experience, driving buses and very knowledgeable. I really enjoyed meeting all the staff. I thought the presentation was pretty well presented,I love that he hit on a lot of points. That were very important. Also that I love that we had some fun. Got to meet 200 people.I’m looking forward to starting a new career divergent.I’m looking to make new relationships and memories that will last forever.I’m looking forward to touching peoples lives that have not been touched yet. I like to impact people that don’t know or I don’t know. I mean my students who I unpacked will know my name forever. I know my bus driver back in the day, but I feel that this is a great opportunity for me to grow and achieve things that I haven’t achieved yet.I continue learning as a driver with things to look for and how I can approach a person and appreciate the things that I do and not just what I do in the community I want to be able to speak about this is what I did. This is how I provide safety for a student this is what I did for my students and faculty and elsewhere, I represent divergent, but I also represent the school district. I drive for.So being said, I am really about what I do and I really care about the public and the public to say that I see things on the news and I hate to see that I see things and real life that makes me sad to see people lose their lives.So take your time drive safely no rush for anything. It takes a split second and you can be in hot oil.so that means there’s a lot of things that happen and I think that divergent is really the past three years I’ve known about them. I’m excited to be a part of the family and I’m like that there’s a open door policy. I like that there’s company.

I gotta say even tho im a new employee at Drivergent Transportation..........I can already tell its a warming and welcoming atmosphere and the staff sho nuff curteous in all ways possible. I also had the privilege of having the experience of working with the owner of the company years ago at another location.............and 2 be reunited with the owner at Drivergent Transportation is definitely epic........and I must say I cannot wait 2 start and show off my skills as a Sedan Driver..........CHEERS 2 DRIVERGENT TRANSPORTATION 🎉🎉🎉🎉

Listen when I tell you Drivergent came and rescued me this morning!!!!! Phenomenal staff in every connection I made.A transportation company cancelled last minute and I was dire need of getting 4 busses.I called about 10 of them and they couldn't help me out. I went google and saw Divergent and that they opened at 6am. I left voicemails and prayed at 1145pm last night.At 730a, I received a call from a gentleman I cannot remember his name but he said give me the details. After 20 min, he told me he can help. I GOT ANOTHER CALL from Aretha and the rest is history. I booked 2 more field trips this month alone.Shoutout to Drivergent Transportation. I was beyond throughly impressed.
A friend of mine reached out because she applied to be a bus aide and wanted to know what I thought. So I figured, why not leave a review too. I can say Drivergent is a cool place to work. A job is only what you make it. And if you're willing to work as you should you'll love the experience.
